Every one of those four is a thing that can fail quietly. The Miami version of every wine-storage problem

Ambient. A cabinet installed in a conditioned kitchen and a cabinet installed in a bar area that is only cooled when the house is occupied are two different service situations, and the second one is common here. A compressor working against a hot room runs longer, the condenser silts up faster in salt air, and the cabinet's ability to hold its band narrows season by season. Second homes make it worse: an appliance that spends four months closed up in a hot house and is then asked to perform is being asked for something it was not specified for.

The temperature keeps swinging by several degrees. Is that normal?

No, and a swing is worse for the bottles than a steady number a little off target. Wine cabinets are built to hold, not to chase — the whole point of the appliance is that the contents never see a cycle. Repeated swings usually mean a sensor disagreeing with the cabinet, a fan that has stopped moving air across the zones, or a door that is not sealing and is letting the room in every few hours. Log it if you can: a photograph of the display a few times a day for two days tells us more than any description, because the pattern of the swing is what names the problem.

There is condensation on the inside of the glass door.

In August in Miami some misting on a cold glass door is physics rather than a problem. What is not normal is water running down the inside, standing on a shelf, or a door that fogs and never clears.
