Check the ice maker for proper operation. It says the ice maker is not doing its job; it does not say why, and the three usual reasons are a cabinet that has drifted warm, a water supply that has stopped, and a module that has failed.
Where this code actually appears
On the control panel, and usually with a sound. Monogram describes their refrigerator codes as flashing green on the display and typically accompanied by a beeping, and the range, microwave and dishwasher tables all describe codes you can read from the front of the appliance. That is the opposite of some makes, where the number is written into a hidden log and never shown — here, if something is wrong, the appliance generally tells you. Photograph what it says before cutting the power, because a reset erases it and the code is most of the diagnosis.

- Check that water is arriving. The supply valve is the most common finding on local water, and a filter well past its life is the second.
- Make sure nothing is holding the feeler arm or blocking the bin.
- If the cabinet is cold and water is arriving, the module is tested rather than replaced on suspicion.
